Sanatana Goswami has written this song “Sri Catuh Sana Rupaya”. The official name of this song is Obeisances 6 Verse 18 to 23. This song is taken from the book Krsna Lila Stava. In this song, Sanatana Goswami glorifies Lord Krsna and states the various forms in which He has appeared.

he hayagriva he hamsa

prthum tvam rsabham caiva
vande svayambhuve `ntare
dvitiye vibhu-namanam
trtiye satyasenakam

caturthe sriharim vande
vaikuntham pancame tatha
sasthe `jitam maha-minam
sesam ca dharani-dharam

sri nrsimham ca kurmam ca
sadehanvantari-mohinim
saptame vamanam vande
namah parasurama te

(1) O Krsna, You have appeared as Lord Kapila, Lord Varaha and Lord Yajna, Narada Muni and the Four Kumaras are Your empowered incarnations. I offer respectful obeisancesunto You.
 
(2) O Dattatreya, I offer respectful obeisances unto You. O Nara-Narayana Rsi, I worship You. O Hayagriva, O Hamsa, O Lord Who is very dear to Dhruva Maharaja, I offer respectful obeisances unto You.
 
(3) O Krsna, I offer respectful obeisances unto You Who appeared as Lord Rsabhadeva and King Prthu, in the reign of Svayambhuva Manu, in the reign of Svayambhuva Manu. I offer respectful obeisances to Lord vibhu, who appeared during the time of the second Manu, and Lord Satyasenaka, who appeared at the time of the third Manu.
 
(4) I offer respectful obeisances unto Krsna, who appeared as Sri Hari, Sri Vaikuntha and Sri Ajita, Who appeared in the reigns of the fourth fifth and sixth Manus. I offer respectful obeisances unto Krsna Who appeared as Lord Matsya, the incarnation as a great fish, as well as Lord Sesa, who holds up the earth planet.
 
(5) I offer respectful obeisances untol Lord Nrsimha, Lord Kurma, Lord Dhanvantari and Lord Mohini-Murti, Who all appeared in the reign of the sixth Manu. I offer respectfulobeisances unto Lord Vamana, Who appeared during the rule of the seventh Manu, and O Lord Parasurama, I offer respectful obeisances unto You.
 
(6) O Lord Ramacandra, O Vyasadeva, O Lord Balarama, Who carries a plow-weapon, I offer respectful obeisances unto You. O Lord Buddha, O Lord Kalki, Who is as powerful as a network of lightning bolts, please protect me.
