Bhaktisiddhanta Saraswati Thakur has written a song Svabhaba Janita Ara Vapu. In this song Saraswati Thakur describes about Lord Krsna’s pure devotee. He says that each one is not perfect and because of this imperfect nature one should not offend Govind Hari’s devotee. Even if people bathe and impurify the water Ganga ,it is still pure and her divinity cannot be lost.

anadara nahi kara suddha bhakta-jane

pankadi jaliya dose kabhu ganga-jale
cinmayatva lopa nahe sarva-sastre bale

aprakrta bhakta-jana papa nahi kare
avasista papa yaya kichu-dina pare
(1) For defects in his nature, or defects in his body, one should never disrespect Lord Krsna's pure devotee.
(2) If mud, foam, and bubbles appear in Ganges water, it never loses divinity – so says the Scripture.
(3) The devotee of divinity – he does never sin, and if a remnant does remain, soon that too is gone."
